This
portable immersion heater is our most
economical. The heater is mounted over the
side of the baptistery with a stainless
steel bracket (provided). Simply plug the
pigtail cord into a 240 volt outlet, and set
the thermostat to the desired temperature.

The Basic Circulation Water Heater Kit attaches directly to the
side of your baptistry, with water
coming in at the bottom, being heated,
and pumped out at the top. (tub must be
filled before using).
6 KW Kit
- The Basic Circulation
Water Heater Kit CR6KW Kit
includes the 6 KW heater with an
adjustable thermostat and hi-limit
protection, along with the circulation
pump and installation kit. This has been
the standard heater style in use for
over 40 years, and is still a favorite.
This
unit will heat 90 gallons per hour for a
30° rise.
Works best with
standard sizes baptismal pools (750
gallons or up to about 5' wide main
section).

11 KW Kit
- The Basic Circulation
Water Heater Kit CR11KW Kit
includes the 11.5 KW heater with an
adjustable thermostat and hi-limit
protection, along with the circulation
pump and installation kit. It also
includes two additional items required
to work,
an MDI 60 Amp contactor (two pole) which allows the transfer of current to
handle the larger load. It also includes a Honeywell AT140 transformer,
for voltage step down to control the switch in the unit. This model
heats 115 gallons per hour to a 30°
rise. These increases are
dependant on ambient room conditions and
whether you have a cover on your
baptistry or not. Designed
for the largest baptistries or for
faster heating of your standard size
baptistry.
The
11KW unit operates on 240V
Single Phase, 50 Amps (47.9 nominal.)
These
units are
insulated, have an adjustable
thermostat (60° - 107°F) and there is a
high limit switch set at 118°F. For use
with 240V single phase power. It can be
used with 208V but heating is reduced by
25%. One year manufacturers
warranty.
Uses 1" and 1 1/2" water connections.
